Open source under permissive terms

The Zeta compiler, language tools, and standard library are dual-licensed under the MIT License and the Apache License 2.0, at your option.

This follows the same licensing model as Rust, allowing maximum flexibility for both open source and proprietary use.

Contributions to Zeta are accepted under the same dual MIT/Apache 2.0 terms.
